Regarding Ticket Refunds for the Temporary Closure

Tickets that were purchased for visits during the closure period (starting from April 25th, 2021) will be refunded.

If this applies to you, you will receive an e-mail containing further details from e+ (e-plus).
Please follow the steps as stated in it to receive your refund.
For customers who have tickets for April 25 - May 11: your email is expected to be sent out from Saturday, May 1st.
For customers who have tickets for May 12 onwards: your email is expected to be sent out from Wednesday, May 12th.

■Refund applications open: Saturday, May 1st - Monday, May 31st, 2021

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the date of your current ticket. Please allow us to process your refund before purchasing a brand new ticket for your new date. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.
