Regarding Ticket Refunds for the Temporary Closure

Tickets that were purchased for visits during the closure period (April 25th to May 11th, 2021) will be refunded.

If this applies to you, you will receive an e-mail containing further details from e+ (e-plus).
Please follow the steps as stated in it to receive your refund. E-mails are expected to be sent out starting from Saturday, May 1st.

■Refund applications open: Saturday, May 1st - Sunday, May 23rd, 2021

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the date of your current ticket. Please allow us to process your refund before purchasing a brand new ticket for your new date. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.
